Kingsoft (03888) announced that Zhang Hongjiang will retire from the position of Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and other positions held by the Group as of December 1, 2016 due to the expiration of his term of office. At the same time, Zhang Hongjiang will continue to serve as an advisor to the Group upon retirement. The announcement also disclosed that Zou Tao was appointed Chief Executive Officer for a term of 5 years, the appointment from December 1, 2016 with effect.
November 25, Thunder (Nasdaq: XNET) announcement that Jinshan senior vice president Zou Tao will succeed Zhang Hongjiang as a company director.
Public information, Zou graduated from Nankai University in Tianjin in 1997, joined Jinshan in 1998, and is responsible for the development of Jinshan Group Kingsoft products. Since 2004 he is responsible for Jinshan’s entertainment software business. In December 2007, Zou Tao became Jinshan senior vice president, in August 2009 served as executive director of Jinshan.
